Join us as we ask her a few questions about her inspirations around cooking and how she tries to include sustainability with each meal!
How did you get started with cooking?
it was just all around me growing up. My mom is a fantastic home cook and my dad was a restaurant consultant. So, I explored those two mediums of food and when I moved to New York my passion blossomed so organically.
When did you start incorporating sustainability into your cooking?
I always try to in any way I can whether that's at home or events.
I aim to reduce food waste as much as I can and am working on a system where I can close the loop with pop ups and events.
Can you walk us through your favorite recipe?
There's a vegan miso vodka sauce on my IG that is literally an umami bomb and SO SO good.

How it draws togetherness through taste, proximity and nourishment emotionally and physically.
