Don’t be afraid to break away from the conventional holiday color palette! If your wardrobe lacks red, green, gold, or white, or if these hues don't resonate with your usual style, consider incorporating metallics, pearls, bows, bold jewels, or elements with some sparkle to them. These alternatives can elevate your everyday outfit and infuse a festive spirit. Also, if you need a bit of extra luck for the upcoming year, choose a color that aligns with your intentions for manifesting good things in the new year.

My best tip for styling holiday outfits is to BE EXTRA AF! I feel like this is the one time of year (maybe other than your birthday) where you can be as bold as you want with your holiday ‘fit, and not be considered “overdressed.” No matter if it’s a work Christmas party or just a small gathering at a friend's house, why not finish the year off in one of your most iconic ‘fits? Tulle, glitter, bows, sparkles—I want it all!!!!!!

When it comes to holiday fashion, I always prefer to dress on the more comfortable side since being with family all day can be exhausting. My favorite tip for styling holiday outfits would be to focus on the color and forget about the silhouette. Why squeeze into a mini skirt when you could wear some oversized pants and a cardigan in complementary colors? It’s comfortable and chic! My go-to outfit right now would be some oversized, cuffed dark wash denim, Mary Janes or loafers (don’t forget about the fun socks), my favorite Ganni cardigan, and a colorful oversized crossbody bag. It’s simple, it’s classic, and it’s chic!

Wear what makes you happy but look at your wardrobe first! Maybe there's something there that brings you joy without you having to spend. If you do decide to invest in a new piece, shop small/secondhand. Whether it's THAT dress of yours or something new, make sure it's comfy; there's nothing worse than sequins scratching against your skin and they're not great environmentally either, so maybe steer clear of them?

Treat yourself to something sparkly to get in the festive mood, but remember to keep it comfy so you can dance and sit and eat as much as you want.
